UKG is seeking a Lead Solution Consultant for Enterprise (UKI) to win and grow enterprise customers by linking complex challenges to the strategic value of UKG solutions. You’ll lead discovery, shape strategies, and deliver compelling, value‑driven demonstrations for senior executives, with autonomy and cross‑team collaboration.
You’ll partner with Sales end-to-end, manage end‑to‑end deals, and drive presales activities through to close, supported by a robust compensation framework.
