Sonic Wall is seeking an Installed Base Specialist to strengthen relationships with customers and channel partners in the DACH region. You will drive renewals, upsell and cross-sell using base data, and collaborate with Sales, Renewals, and Channel teams to maximize attach rates.
You'll manage CRM documentation, analyze data to inform business decisions, and contribute to lifecycle programs that grow the customer base across security solutions. Fluency in German and strong English are required.
