ironcladhq is seeking a results-driven Customer Account Executive for the EMEA region in London. You will own a portfolio of accounts and drive revenue through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell while ensuring long-term customer success.
Based in our London office, this hybrid role requires 3–4 years in B2B SaaS sales, strong negotiation skills, and autonomy. You will collaborate with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Implementation, and Product to meet client needs and forecast accurately.
