Position: Appointment Setter (Telecoms)

The client operates within the Telecoms sector, and is well known on the market for its excellent staff retention rate and vibrant working environment.

The role of Appointment Setter is an integral role within the team. You will hold responsibility for building strong customer relationships, reaching out to new customers, advising them of the excellent services the business provides. In addition, you will work closely with the sales team to inform on customer engagement and ensure all customer details are regularly updated on system.

You will play a key role in converting customers and benefit from a generous remuneration package. The Right Person for this role will be coming with previous experience within the Telecoms/Tech sector, ideally within an outbound role. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a can-do attitude who thrives in a role which promotes success.

The right candidate will have full confidence in their IT skills, consider themselves organised and be highly motivated to progress their career. The Package for this role includes an attractive and competitive basic salary of £29,000, with exceptional opportunities to join a great team and to develop a long-term career. With working hours of Monday-Friday 9-5, with free on-site parking. There is a generous commission structure with this role.
