South of England - Field Based £65,000 to £75,000 (OTE £100K) + Car Allowance + Commission

Are you an experienced Commercial Sales Manager with a background in construction projects, with previous experience converting warm leads to conversion?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Solar / EV specialist
, offering full training into the rapidly growing renewables sector, alongside an attractive commission structure and the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings.

The company installs commercial Solar PV systems across the UK
, ranging from 6kW through to multi-megawatt projects. They are MCS accredited and have an excellent reputation within the industry. The business delivers projects from initial design through to installation
, with a strong focus on quality, compliance and HSE.

As Commercial Sales Manager
, you will be responsible for managing and converting a strong pipeline of high-quality, warm commercial leads
. Rather than focusing heavily on cold business development, your role will be centred around understanding customer requirements, developing opportunities, presenting solutions and successfully converting leads into contracted projects.

You will oversee the full commercial sales process from initial warm lead through to project completion
, working closely with customers, the design team and project delivery teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer journey.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Sales Manager with a construction, project or technical sales background to take on an autonomous role within a rapidly growing renewable energy business, with excellent earning potential and the opportunity to have a significant impact on the company's continued success.

• Managing and converting a pipeline of warm commercial sales leads
• Understanding customer requirements and developing the appropriate commercial solution
• Conducting client meetings, site visits and presentations
• Preparing and presenting commercial proposals and quotations
• Managing negotiations and successfully closing projects
• Building strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients
• Working closely with the design, technical and project delivery teams
• Acting as the key commercial point of contact throughout the customer journey
• Ensuring a smooth handover from sale through to project delivery and completion
• Field-based role with travel across the South of England

• Previous experience as a Commercial Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or similar
• Proven experience managing and converting warm leads into high-value projects
• Background in construction, project sales, technical sales, engineering or commercial projects
• Experience with in Renewable Energy, Solar, EV, Heating, BMS, Wind, Data Centres, M&E or construction would be advantageous
