Telecommunications Advisor – Belfast (Onsite)

You don’t need years of sales experience to succeed here — we provide full training, coaching, and clear progression pathways to help you build confidence and capability in the role.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Supporting existing customers during contract renewals

* Understanding customer needs through conversation and active listening

* Recommending suitable products and services to enhance the customer experience

* Handling inbound and outbound calls using leads generated by service teams

* Working as part of a supportive, collaborative team

Sales or target-based experience is welcome, but not essential — full training is provided.

Pay & Rewards

* Salary: £26,520 per annum

* Bonus:
Uncapped performance bonus (average £500–£1,000 per month)

   (Centrally located near Lanyon Place Station)
