The Role As a Junior Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of retail customers. Youll represent the Irwins Bakery brand, ensuring our products are well presented, available, and supported through excellent instore activation.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships at point of purchase with existing retail customers. Identify and secure new business opportunities. Achieve and exceed sales and distribution targets. Conduct regular customer visits to maximise product availability and visibility. Negotiate promotions and merchandising opportunities. Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback. Collection of delivery dockets (PODs) from key customers. Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Maintain accurate sales records and reports. Assist with the organisation of trade shows and events. Assist marketing department with social media campaigns and influencer collaborations. Assist with new product launches.

What Were Looking For Bachelors degree/ HND in Marketing, Business, or a related field or 2 years experience in sales/marketing role Driving licence IT Literate to include experience with Microsoft Packages Ability to work well under pressure and against tight deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Organised with excellent time management skills. Commercial awareness and a results-focused mindset.
