Sales Manager AutoStore

We are excited to expand our presence in United Kingdom. That is why we are looking for a Sales Manager to join us on this growth journey.

With business already established in UK, you will be starting from a strong foundation—building on existing momentum while unlocking new opportunities for growth. We have in Hertford a Kardex office, while you will be allowed to work smart across UK and do customer visits.

• Proactively develop business and identify new opportunities for Auto Store solutions
• Manage Auto Store projects from initial acquisition through to successful contract closure
• Design and implement innovative sales projects, including design, simulation, and budgeting
• Develop customized solutions that deliver significant value to customers
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through continuous communication
• Responsibility for closing Auto Store projects
• Successfully developing a dynamic sales pipeline

• A solid track record in sales within intralogistics, ideally with experience in automation
• The confidence to manage the full sales cycle and lead complex projects from start to finish
• Native in English
• A background in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience that sets you up for success
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to keep everything on track
• The flexibility to travel and stay overnight when needed—because building strong relationships sometimes means being there in person
