Internal Sales Executive (12-Month FTC) Reed Business Support are recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive on behalf of our valued client. This Internal Sales Executive opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the wider sales team, building customer relationships, and contributing to business growth through proactive sales activity and excellent customer service.

About the Role Managing inbound sales enquiries and generating quotations for customers. Proactively contacting existing and prospective customers to identify sales opportunities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Processing orders accurately and ensuring customers receive regular updates. Maintaining accurate records, CRM systems, and sales documentation. Working closely with external sales representatives and operational teams. Following up on quotations and leads to maximise conversion rates.

Delivering exceptional service and demonstrating a professional approach at all times. About You Previous experience within an Internal Sales, Sales Executive, Account Management, or Customer Service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident building relationships over the telephone and via email. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
