Motorpoint in Oldbury is seeking a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The role offers £20,000 base salary plus an uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of £40,000-£50,000, and a 40-hour week across 5 days. Weekend work is required in a fast-paced environment.
You will greet customers, provide a no-pressure sales service, quote vehicles, upsell finance/options, and meet targets while coordinating with other departments to deliver outstanding service.
