Luxury Sales Consultant | Belfast | Competitive Salary  Bonus & Benefits Are you an experienced retail sales professional who enjoys delivering great customer service and building relationships with customers? We're looking for a Sales Consultant to join a well-established luxury jewellery and watches brand in Belfast. You don't need to have a background in jewellery or watches. We're also keen to hear from candidates with experience across premium fashion, beauty, fragrance, accessories or other customer-focused retail environments.

The Role As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing a welcoming and personalised experience for every customer, while supporting the store in achieving its sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing friendly and personalised customer service. Building strong relationships with customers and encouraging repeat visits. Working towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Learning about the jewellery and watch collections to confidently advise customers. Handling customer enquiries, appointments and follow-ups. Keeping the boutique looking welcoming and well presented. Working as part of a supportive team to deliver a great customer experience.

About You We're interested in candidates from a range of retail backgrounds, including:
Premium or luxury fashion Beauty, skincare or fragrance Jewellery and watches Accessories or leather goods Premium lifestyle brands Other customer-focused retail environments You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role. A confident and friendly approach with customers. Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A genuine interest in premium or luxury retail. A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn. Jewellery and watch experience isn't essential - we're more interested in your sales ability, customer service skills and personality.
