** About the Role
** We’re looking for a dedicated Account Manager responsible for mainly New Sales. You’ll be managing a portfolio of clinical solutions for hospitals and healthcare services across your own region. This is a chance to be part of something meaningful — helping healthcare and improving patient outcome with the latest tools and content.
** Responsibilities
* ** Develop and execute account strategies to generate new business and drive revenue growth across white‐space accounts.
* Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing customers, working closely with sales colleagues to convert opportunities into revenue.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partnering with internal teams to ensure effective delivery and strong client relationships.
* Monitor and report on performance, providing clear, regular updates to clients and leadership to ensure visibility and alignment.
** Requirements
* ** University degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
* Familiarity with structured solution‐selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Franklin Covey, or Miller Heiman.
* Strong sales and negotiation capability, with a demonstrated track record of delivering measurable results.
* Minimum of five years’ experience in consultative selling within a complex, matrixed organisation.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage C‐suite stakeholders and articulate value clearly.
* Strategic, highly organised thinker able to manage multiple priorities and accounts simultaneously without compromising execution.
