Parts Advisor - Charles Hurst Lamborghini Belfast

Contract:

Permanent, Full Time Salary: £29,444 basic salary plus bonus up to £3,300

Working Hours:

44 hours per week (between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings 9:00am to 1:00pm on a rota basis) Join the Team at the New Lamborghini Belfast Site An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at the brand-new Charles Hurst Lamborghini Belfast dealership as a Parts Advisor. Working with one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers and supporting the smooth operation of our Aftersales department.

As a Parts Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for parts enquiries, helping customers and colleagues source the right parts while delivering a premium level of service.

Responsibilities Handle parts enquiries from customers and internal departments. Identify and supply the correct parts quickly and accurately. Process orders, invoices, and stock requests efficiently. Keep customers updated on order progress and availability. Promote additional parts and accessories where appropriate. Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the Lamborghini brand. Skills & Experience Previous automotive parts experience is desirable. Strong communication and customer service skills.

Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload. Confident using computer systems and dealer management software. A passion for the automotive industry and premium customer experiences.
