Graduate Business Development Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation based in London who are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Graduate Business Development Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a high-energy, client-facing role for a graduate who wants to be at the sharp end of business growth — identifying opportunities, building relationships, and contributing directly to the commercial success of the organisation from day one.

The Role Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Identifying and researching new business opportunities across target markets and sectors Generating leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and digital channels Building and managing a pipeline of prospective clients, tracking activity through CRM systems Conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations Supporting senior business development managers on proposals, pitches, and tender responses Developing a deep understanding of the organisation's products and services to articulate value clearly to prospective clients Collaborating with marketing, operations, and account management teams to deliver a seamless client experience

What We Are Looking For A degree in any discipline — what matters here is commercial drive, confidence, and the ability to build relationships quickly. You will be resilient, target-oriented, and genuinely motivated by results. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
