We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join an established Appointed Representative of HL Partnership
.

This is an exciting opportunity for an adviser looking to grow their earnings without the pressure of having to constantly generate their own business.

You will be provided with 100% warm, pre-booked appointments
, giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best - advising clients and writing business.

The client base consists of High Net Worth clients within the healthcare sector
, offering the opportunity to work on quality leads with strong case values and excellent earning potential.

• Full lead support - no requirement to self-generate
• All leads are warm and pre-booked appointments
• Access to HNW clients within the healthcare sector
• Full administration support
  , allowing you to focus on advising
• A quality lead source with excellent conversion opportunities
• Flexible self-employed working arrangement
• Opportunity to build a strong and consistent pipeline of business
• Superior earning potential, it is expected that this role will service 10-15 clients per week, resulting in excellent earning potential for the correct individual
• Potential commission advance in the first 6months to support a lack of banking in the early months

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser who can demonstrate a strong track record in both mortgage and protection advice.

You will ideally have:

• CAS in both Mortgages & Protection
• CeMAP qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
• Proven experience and a strong track record of Protection conversion
• Experience dealing with HNW clients would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A professional, client-focused approach
• The ability to manage your own pipeline and convert warm appointments into quality business

This role is ideal for an adviser who is good at advising but doesn't want to spend their time prospecting for business
