Lead the London Maritime business development strategy, advising the Sector Head and partners on priorities, initiatives and opportunities Manage the sector budget and investment, ensuring resources are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver measurable impact Drive client growth and relationship development, supporting key account plans, identifying cross-selling opportunities and strengthening strategic client relationships Lead strategic pitches and business development opportunities, working with partners and the Pitches & Proposals team to develop compelling bids and maximise conversion Develop and deliver campaigns and profile-raising initiatives to generate new business and strengthen the firm’s position in the maritime sector Provide market and client intelligence, translating industry trends, client priorities and competitor activity into actionable business development opportunities Business Development Manager –

What We’re Looking For:

Extensive Business Development experience gained within a law firm Experience managing, mentoring or developing junior team members Demonstrable ability to build credibility and influence partners and key stakeholders Proven ability to lead projects, manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
