They're looking for a capable Sales Administrator to support the team behind the scenes, keeping orders, records and customer communications running smoothly.
The Role This is a varied Sales Administrator role sitting right at the heart of a busy sales team. You'll process orders, manage customer queries and keep the sales pipeline moving accurately and efficiently, working closely with the sales team, customers and other departments like finance and dispatch. It's a role that suits someone organised and personable, who's comfortable juggling multiple priorities and enjoys being the person who keeps everything on track.
Key Responsibilities Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, from receipt through to fulfilment. Act as a point of contact for customer queries relating to orders, pricing and delivery. Maintain and update customer records and the CRM system. Prepare sales quotes, invoices and other sales documentation. Liaise with internal departments (dispatch, finance, warehouse) to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Support the sales team with reporting, diary management and general administrative tasks.
Help maintain accurate stock and pricing information. Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional, customer-focused manner. What You'll Need Essential:
Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service or office support role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/order systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively. Nice to have:
Experience working within a sales or customer-facing team. Experience using an ERP or order management system. Why Apply? A varied role with genuine day-to-day customer contact. Supportive, fast-paced sales team environment. Based in Belfast, full-time. Great opportunity to build experience across sales, customer service and administration. Interested?
