Business Development Manager - Road Freight Belfast | £42,500-£50,000  Uncapped Commission  £5,308 Car Allowance We're recruiting for an established international logistics business seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Belfast team. This is a genuine new-business role, focused on generating your own leads, cold calling, winning new customers and growing revenue across an allocated territory. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in road freight, logistics or freight forwarding Proven new-business / BDM experience Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills A driven, commercially focused approach Excellent relationship-building skills Full UK driving licence What's on offer: £42,500-£50,000 basic Uncapped commission £5,308 car allowance Company car potentially available Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm Pension, life insurance & wider benefits Full training and development If you're an experienced logistics salesperson looking for a role where you can build your own pipeline and earn uncapped commission, get in touch for a confidential conversation.
