You will bring proven luxury retail experience, ideally within jewellery, along with a strong client book or the ability to build one quickly and strategically. You are analytical in your thinking, understanding performance, KPIs and client behaviour, yet equally creative in how you drive sales, grow relationships, and elevate brand presence.

You know how to tell a story — not just about a piece, but about its craftsmanship, origin, and emotional value. You create experiences, not transactions.
