As Commercial Administrator, you will be the operational backbone of our sales function — ensuring our referral schemes, affiliate partnerships, switching processes, and events are managed efficiently and professionally. You'll work closely with the Head of Sales and the wider commercial team, combining strong administrative skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. This is a varied role that suits someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys juggling multiple work streams, and takes pride in getting the details right

- As an ambassador, you will build a rapport with customers and ‘wow them’ with
our product. - Build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
- Become an expert in our products (excellent training given).
- Build trust and best practices and customer service.
We’re looking for salespeople who want to become experts in their field. Useful
backgrounds include Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Account Manager,
Sales Consultant, Account Executive, Retail/Utilities Sales or any Customer
Sales role.
- Proven experience in an administrative or commercial support role within telecoms/broadband, utilities, or a fast-paced subscription-based business.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Confident working with spreadsheets and reporting tools; familiarity with CRM systems (we use Hub Spot) is useful but not essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of processes.
- Comfortable working to deadlines and adapting to changing priorities in a growing business.
- Experience with referral programmes or affiliate marketing, is desirable but not essential.
