Sales Executive

Nomadic Watches is an independent watch brand on a mission to put Belfast on the watchmaking map, so that we can connect people to their roots and their big moments in life. We’re growing fast with a global customer base, award-winning team, and a new immersive flagship store in the heart of Belfast.

As we scale, we’re seeking a passionate Sales Executive to join our team and deliver a truly unforgettable wow-worthy retail experience like no other.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ‘unreasonable hospitality’
• Confidently lead clients through the sales journey as a trusted guide
• Product training, research, client outreach, follow up emails and calls etc
• Create and maintain a positive and inclusive client experience.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales and profit targets.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
• Implement and uphold Nomadic’s high standards for quality and service.

• Proven experience in watches, luxury goods sales or similar role
• People person with the gift of the gab
• Passion for and understanding of the luxury watch market and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with customers in person and online
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Flexible attitude and willing to attend to other duties as required within a fast-paced start-up environment
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays where required
