Business Development Representative

Onos is the autonomous EHSQ operating system — built for construction, manufacturing and logistics teams who are done drowning in admin. We are hiring an experienced BDR to help us build a go-to-market engine from the ground up: not a dialler seat, but real ownership of pipeline development and a genuine say in how the sales function gets built.

This is a quality-over-volume role. You will be judged on the pipeline you source and carry through to closed-won, not on activity counts.

• Account selection and targeting across construction and manufacturing
• Outbound prospecting via email, Linked In and calls, with structured follow-up
• First-call qualification and discovery conversations
• Multi-threading with stakeholders across EHSQ, Health & Safety and Operations
• Supporting pilot creation and early deal progression
• Ensuring high-quality handoffs to the rest of the sales team
• Owning and being accountable for the sourced pipeline through to closed-won
• Contributing to messaging, targeting and outbound strategy refinement
• Supporting events, campaigns and partnership development

• 3–5 years software sales experience (BDR/SDR or similar)
• Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation
• Industry experience in construction, manufacturing or sustainability preferred
• Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders in complex organisations
• High ownership mindset with commercial awareness
• Confident written and verbal communication

Competitive base salary with OTE and equity.
