The Role Programme Overview The role is office-based at our Mallusk site and provides hands-on experience in internal sales, customer support, and commercial coordination. It is ideal for graduates who want to gain in-depth industry knowledge and play a key role in supporting customers and internal teams. Stage 1:
Core Commercial Training Handle inbound customer queries and sales orders Build understanding of Brett Martins product range and manufacturing processes Shadow colleagues across logistics, planning, and technical teams Join commercial team meetings and product knowledge sessions Learn and work within our systems (CRM, ERP, stock management) Stage 2:
