Sales Consultant

VANRATH have partnered with one of the fastest-growing furniture retail companies, with stores across Ireland and the UK, to recruit a Sales Consultant for their Belfast store.

Bringing together a passion for customers and the determination to recommend and sell an outstanding product range, you will take personal responsibility for:

• Providing every customer with an exceptional in-store experience.
• Taking the time to understand each customer's needs and recommending suitable products.
• Working towards sales targets and KPIs to maximise sales opportunities.
• Contributing to store layout plans and changes, with the opportunity to share ideas and make a valued difference.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales-focused environment.

• Self-motivated, with a proven track record in sales or a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven role.
• Passionate, enthusiastic and able to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Confident engaging with customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
• Previous furniture retail experience is desirable but not essential.

• £35,000-£40,000 OTE
