Door Supervisor

We’re looking for a professional, confident and approachable door supervisor to join the security team at one of our busiest city-centre venues. If you thrive in busy nightlife environments and can balance safety with great customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Hours will be primarily evenings and weekends
, paid fortnightly at the rate of £16 per hour.

• Managing entry and exit of customers in line with venue policies
• Maintaining a visible presence at entry points and within the bar’s interior/exterior service areas to deter incidents
• Ensuring safety and security of customers, staff, and the premises
• Managing queues, carrying out  security checks in line with licensing laws and venue policies
• Working closely with bar staff and management to de-escalate potential conflicts, calmly handling evictions where necessary
• Complete incident reports and personal notebook after each shift
• Responding to customer queries and offering a professional and friendly welcome

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (or Close Protection with First Aid Training). You will be required to demonstrate proof of this before commencing employment.
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a door supervisor in a similar busy bar
• Strong communicator who works well in a team and confidently resolves conflict
• Flexible to work late nights, particularly weekends
