Pay and Working Hours

Pay rate: £14.51 to £16.00 per hour. Various shifts to be discussed ief work across various sites – Sainsbury's Supermarkets.

Mitie is looking for a Retail Security Officer who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

• Hold a current SIA licence or SIA certificates.
• Full five‑year checkable employment/education history.

• Deliver industry‑leading customer service.
• Deter violence and public order offences.
• Conduct patrols of the store.
• Utilise CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss.
• Liaise with store management teams.
• Liaise with police and crime partners where required to support crime reduction.
• Wear body‑worn CCTV to enhance safety for customers and colleagues.
