Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off | 10am-2200hrs (12-hour shifts)

We are recruiting professional Security Officers to join our team at a busy Amazon depot in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast‑paced logistics environment, protecting people, property and assets while delivering exceptional customer service. Working permanent night shifts, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for employees, contractors and visitors.

• Control access and egress for employees, visitors and contractors.
• Carry out gatehouse duties, including managing vehicle movements.
• Protect client property, personnel and assets.
• Conduct regular internal and external security patrols.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies and security incidents.
• Complete accurate incident reports and daily occurrence logs.
• Carry out staff, contractor and vehicle searches where required.
• Liaise with the Police, Fire & Rescue Service and other emergency services.
• Exercise sound judgement and strong interpersonal skills.
• Support the operational needs of the client.
• Comply with Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Follow all client security policies and procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional security presence.
• Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.

• Valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor Licence.
• Previous security experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to produce accurate reports.
• Physically fit and able to patrol a large site on foot.
• Basic IT skills.
• Ability to work permanent night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off rotation.

• CCTV Licence.
• First Aid qualification.
• Previous logistics, warehouse or depot security experience.
• Gatehouse or access control experience.
