Static Security Supervisor

Days of Working: 4 on, 4 off - 07:00 to 19:00

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• To ensure that all security staff comply with and adhere to the agreed assignment instructions
• To ensure security incidents are reported correctly through the incident portal employed on the assignment
• The day-to-day allocation of duties for the security staff according to the existing instructions and any additional requirement that may deem necessary
• Implementing the emergency procedures in the event of a security incident to ensure that the impact on the client is minimal
• Develop and implement security procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and security of the client's premises

• Must have Right to Work in the UK
• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders
• Valid Private Security Authority (PSA) license is desirable
