Hours:

Full-time, 37 hours per week on a rolling rota (including weekends and bank holidays) Working Pattern:
Monday - Sunday, 8am-8pm (to be discussed) DBS Requirement:

We're looking for two dedicated Youth Development Workers to join a team that provide supported accommodation for young people aged 16-25. Responsibilities of the Youth Development Worker will include:
Deliver personalised key worker support and life skills coaching. Conduct and update risk assessments and management plans. Facilitate 1-to-1 sessions focused on personal development and goal setting. Support young people in attending medical appointments. Participate in multi-agency meetings to develop effective action plans. Lead group activities that foster community and engagement. The successful Youth Development Worker will have:
Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship). Enhanced DBS check (Adult & Child).
