• Current Ofsted registration (or eligibility to register).
• Proven leadership experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager within a children’s residential home.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Strong working knowledge of Regulation 44
  , compliance standards, and safeguarding practices.
• Understanding of EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) and relevant legislation.
• Nounresolved LADO or Ofsted safeguarding referrals.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting and empowering young people.
• Full UK driving licence.
