Senior Tenancy Officer is a full-time, fixed-term post (18 months) to support the Housing Facilities Service Review in Hull. You will supervise frontline housing resources, coordinate with peers, and ensure delivery of an excellent, consistent front-line housing service.
You’ll allocate resources to workload, guide teams on policy adherence, and liaise with external agencies to maintain timely service delivery.
