Hull City Council is seeking a part-time Early Help Family Support Worker to prevent family problems from escalating and to deliver targeted services for families with children aged 0–11. The role requires coordinating assessments, family plans and multi-agency responses, including working with health, education and social care partners.
You will promote safeguarding, build community links, and help families access training and employment opportunities.
