Permanent Closing Date: 28th of August 2026 Are you eager to learn, develop new skills and build a rewarding career? Our traineeship offers hands-on experience, expert support and the opportunity to gain a recognised qualification. What you'll be doing:
Shadow experienced team members and learn on the job. Receive structured training and ongoing support to develop your skills. Gain practical experience within your assigned business area. Attend regular reviews to monitor your progress and development. Work towards a recognised qualification alongside your role (subject to eligibility). Complete the compulsory therapy element as part of the traineeship.

A genuine passion for making a difference. All prison-based roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks and HMPPS security vetting. These checks can take up to 5 months to complete. Any offer of employment will be conditional upon the successful completion of both checks.
