Looking for a locum role where you can make an immediate impact without carrying a long-term caseload? Join a dynamic Adult MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) team where you'll play a key role in safeguarding vulnerable adults through timely decision-making and effective multi-agency working.

With hybrid working
, you'll only need to be in the office up to 3 days per week

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Screening and triaging safeguarding concerns and incoming referrals
  • Making informed threshold decisions using the Care Act 2014 and safeguarding legislation
  • Working alongside police, health services, housing, and partner agencies to share information and manage risk
  • Completing timely risk assessments and identifying the most appropriate interventions
  • Ensuring accurate case recording and maintaining high-quality decision making
  • Supporting adults at risk by ensuring the right services are involved at the earliest opportunity

What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Social Worker
  • Current Social Work England (SWE) registration
  • Experience with in Adult Safeguarding, MASH, Front Door, or Duty services
  • Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014
    , safeguarding procedures, and risk assessment
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
