Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils is seeking a motivated Sheltered Housing Officer to join our Sheltered Housing Team. The role focuses on visiting and supporting tenants to help them live independently within Eye and Botesdale schemes.
You will carry out welfare calls, maintain records, complete support plans, and contribute to safety inspections. A relevant NVQ2 or equivalent, IT skills, and safeguarding awareness are essential, with driving licence required for site coverage.
