Hightown Housing Association Ltd is seeking a part-time role to support adults with complex needs at Hatfield Road and Martin House in St Albans. The role focuses on practical and emotional support to help residents regain stability and move toward accommodation.
Based mainly at Hatfield Road (5 beds) with time at Martin House (16 beds) for safety checks. Regular lone working, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. 3-week rolling rota including evenings and weekends.
