Leaders in Care recruits a Qualified Social Worker for a Family Help Pilot Team on the South Coast. You will join a collaborative pilot, delivering direct work with children and families and helping shape new approaches to practice.
Hybrid working is offered (ideally 3 days on-site) with flexibility. You must be Social Work England registered with Children’s Services experience and a commitment to strengths-based, trauma-informed practice and multidisciplinary collaboration.
