Developing Health and Independence (DHI) is recruiting a full-time Support Worker for our Bristol Move On Service. The service supports people leaving Bristol’s Homeless Pathway by offering a two-year placement in their own self-contained flat, helping them build the skills and confidence to manage a tenancy independently.
Residents have diverse needs including substance misuse and mental health issues; you will deliver regular support sessions, create proactive plans, and signpost to services
