BCP Council invites applications for the Best Start Outreach Worker, 37 hours per week, fixed term to 31 October 2027. Based at Family Hub sites, you will work across hub network sites supporting families with babies and children aged 0–5.
You will engage families, provide information and guidance, help identify strengths and access services, and participate in home visiting, group delivery and community engagement activities to promote early development and reduce inequalities.
