Hestia is recruiting a Refuge Worker to provide intensive, person-centred support to women in a residential setting within the Brent area. You will deliver key sessions, run community meetings, and maintain daily contact to assess needs while co-producing Support and Safety Plans with residents.
You will liaise with safeguarding bodies, help with move-on housing, and promote empowerment through workshops and social activities, within a diverse and inclusive team.
