In this role, you will work alongside qualified Social Workers to deliver essential support, practical guidance, and care packages, making a tangible difference in the lives of service users and their families.

Key Responsibilities Deliver person-centred social care activities and interventions to older adults under the direction of a Social Worker to boost independence and reduce isolation. Monitor care packages and liaise with families, voluntary networks, and healthcare teams to ensure high service quality. Support risk identification, report changing service user needs, and assist with adult safeguarding procedures. Qualifications and Requirements 6-12 months of previous paid social care experience.

Current registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC). Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance. Fully up-to-date immunisations, including Measles, Mumps, and Rubella. Proven ability to prioritise a varied caseload and build professional rapport with service users.
