We are currently recruiting for a Female Support Worker to join our Support Services Team! Contract Type: 24hr or 36hr Contract
Working Hours:
Day & Night Shifts, 8.00am - 8.00pm / 8:00pm - 8:00am, as and when required Pay Rates: £13.50 - £16.50 per hour

Job Summary:
Are you passionate about making a difference in peoples lives? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. In this role, youll provide essential housing related support to individuals, empowering them to lead independent and fulfilling lives
Key Responsibilities:
Support clients in developing independent living skills and maintaining stable tenancies. Assist in assessing needs and risks, helping clients set and achieve goals. Monitor and record client progress, ensuring they receive the best support. Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to deliver tailored support. Act as an advocate for clients, promoting their involvement and active participation.
What We're Looking For:
At least one years' experience in housing, social care, or a similar setting with vulnerable individuals (Young People, Children, or Adults). Fully flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including both day and night shifts Knowledge of safeguarding practices and procedures. Strong communication, recording, and reporting skills. Ability to work as part of a team while also using initiative.
IT literacy and good organisational skills. Full EU Driving Licence & access to a car. Perks You'll Love:
