Inclusion IQ is supporting our client, a leading digital product consultancy located in Belfast. We are supporting our client as they seek to appoint an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who excels in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and possesses the commercial acumen to translate complex business requirements into scalable digital solutions.

The successful candidate will join a high-performing engineering team dedicated to delivering bespoke software for a diverse portfolio of international clients. This position offers a balance of technical leadership, hands-on development, and architectural influence.

The successful applicant will be responsible for applying software engineering principles and maintaining high standards of code quality.

• Backend:
  Extensive experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, and ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
• Frontend:
  Strong commercial proficiency in React.
• Data Architecture:
  Proven experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework Core (EF Core).
• Cloud Infrastructure:
  Practical knowledge of Azure cloud services and deployment pipelines.
• Best Practices:
  Mastery of SOLID principles, TDD, and clean architecture to ensure long-term project robustness.

• Applicants should have 5–8 years of commercial development experience, with a significant focus on the .NET ecosystem
• A proven track record of delivering complex .NET applications across the full software development lifecycle
• Experience in leading technical projects from discovery to deployment.
• Extensive experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, and ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
• Proven experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework Core (EF Core).
• Practical knowledge of Azure cloud services and deployment pipelines.
• Previous experience working with SOLID principles, TDD, and clean architecture to ensure long-term project robustness.
