As a Senior Back-End Software Engineer, you will join a talented team delivering critical software for internal and external customers. Working in an Agile environment, you'll focus on continuous improvement, quality software delivery, and automation.

Collaboration within a self-organising, cross-functional team is key, with a strong emphasis on Continuous Integration and Deployment.

• Collaborate with architects and team leaders to align solutions with IT strategy.
• Mentor and support team members.
• Partner with QA to ensure quality software delivery.
• Deliver both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Take ownership of key features and drive them to completion.
• Communicate progress and raise impediments early.

• Expertise in C# (.Net Core & Framework)
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL technologies
• Proven application testing experience
• Familiarity with Continuous Build & Integration, Continuous Deployment, or Dev Ops

• Financial Services background would be advantageous.
• Enterprise software development experience
• Familiarity with TDD, BDD, or similar methodologies
