• 5 years of experience in software development or IT automation with a proven track record of delivering robust solutions
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies and utilizing project management tools eg JIRA
• Proficiency with CICD practices and tools eg Tekton Git Hub Actions
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies eg Docker Kubernetes
• Solid understanding and practical experience with code versioning tools including Git Hub Enterprise

As an Agentic AI Full Stack Engineer you will lead the design development and deployment of sophisticated agentic AI solutions. You’ll create autonomous workflows, integrate AI agents with enterprise systems and develop user‑facing interaction points.

• Lead the design development and deployment of agentic AI solutions for autonomous task resolution and workflow automation
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems APIs and data sources for seamless automation and autoremediation
• Develop and maintain strategies for AI agent architecture ensuring scalability reliability and security
• Stay current with GenAI agent frameworks eg Lang Chain Llama Index Autogen and IT automation trends
• Provide technical guidance on agentic AI principles and best practices
• Develop intuitive frontend interaction points for AI agents eg chatbots, copilots, self‑service portals using Nextjs, React and Type Script
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs to support agentic workflows primarily using Python

• Expert‑level proficiency in Python for AIML and backend development
• Hands‑on experience with agentic AI frameworks, workflow automation or intelligent IT service management solutions
• Deep experience with Large Language Models LLMs and integrating RAG Retrieval Augmented Generation pipelines
• Experience in prompt engineering and designing effective prompt strategies for LLMs
• Familiarity with multi‑agent orchestration platforms eg Lang Chain, Llama Index, Autogen
• Strong expertise in Nextjs, React and Type Script for frontend development
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field;
  Master’s degree is a plus
