A rapidly expanding Fintech organisation is looking for a Senior Firmware Test Automation Engineer to join their engineering team and take ownership of a brand new automation testing function focused on embedded Linux devices and cloud‑connected platforms.

This is a hands‑on engineering role where you’ll design and develop automated regression systems, build hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing environments, and improve reliability across firmware, video, and streaming workflows. You’ll work closely with firmware engineers and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, automated quality solutions in a fast‑moving technical environment.

• Design and build scalable firmware automation frameworks.
• Develop daily regression pipelines for embedded Linux devices.
• Automate firmware deployment, device flashing, and test execution.
• Build automated validation for video and streaming workflows.
• Support RTSP and WebRTC testing, stability, and performance monitoring.
• Create robust hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing environments.
• Improve automation reliability, reporting, and failure triage.
• Collaborate with firmware teams to improve testability and product quality.

• 5+ years’ experience in Firmware Testing or Test Automation Engineering.
• Strong Python scripting and automation experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Embedded Linux environments.
• Experience building CI‑driven automated testing pipelines.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and debugging.
