Job Description

Our Digital team is looking for a skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer with confidence in the JavaScript/Type Script stack, covering front-end through to Node APIs and infrastructure. You will work with colleagues across PA to deliver transformative digital solutions to complex business challenges. Excellent client‑facing skills and solid technical knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Support experienced professionals within the team, receiving guidance and making informed decisions.
  • Own and deliver specific tasks, acting as design authority and accountable for creating solutions.
  • Earn trust as a team member, empowered to move things forward independently.
  • Coach junior analysts, helping them build expertise.
  • Engage comfortably in team discussions with clients, contributing thoughts and ideas.
Qualifications
  • Experience developing full‑stack web applications using Type Script, React and Next.js.
  • Proficiency in UI engineering with CSS, accessibility compliance, and collaborating with designers on design systems.
  • Proven backend API development with Node.js, including database understanding, ORM patterns (e.g., Prisma), and service‑oriented architectures.
  • Experience building cloud‑native applications on AWS, Azure or GCP, ideally with serverless architecture.
  • Understanding of software testing approaches and frameworks such as unit testing, Testing Library, Cypress.
  • Agile software development experience, covering sprints, work estimation and acceptance criteria.
Assessment Process
  • Quick video call with a Tech Recruiter to discuss the application and the role.
  • Round 1: either a competency interview or a technical interview (60 minutes).
  • Round 2: the interview you did not complete in Round 1 (60 minutes).
  • Final round: meeting with a PA leader to discuss client‑centricity (45 minutes).
