The Unity team operates at the heart of Totalmobile, shaping how our products interact and evolve. Their mission is to simplify complexity by creating common models, shared interfaces, and a standardised integration framework. We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who wants more than just another feature delivery role. This is an opportunity to work on highly visible, platform-level engineering challenges where your ideas and designs will influence multiple products across the business.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of designing, building, and deploying scalable solutions across a variety of projects. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and stakeholders, helping shape both the technical direction and the delivery of new capabilities.

You’ll also spend time exploring new approaches, refining designs, and continuously improving how we build—because in Unity, innovation isn’t a side task, it’s part of the job.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, designing systems, and seeing your work have a broad impact, this is the kind of role where you can really make your mark.

You bring a strong foundation in software engineering, backed by experience and curiosity. You’ve likely spent at least five years building and delivering solutions
, and along the way, you’ve developed deep expertise in C# and .NET within cloud-based environments like Azure.

Above all, you’re someone who enjoys learning. Technology evolves quickly, and you’re motivated to stay ahead of it.

You understand the value of quality and speed, with exposure to automated testing and CI/CD practices.

Familiarity with modern .NET frameworks such as .NET Core or .NET 8+ will help you hit the ground running, and experience with identity management technologies—particularly Azure Entra—will set you apart in a role that touches authentication and platform integration at scale.

But more important than ticking every box is your ability to think holistically about systems and how they connect.

This is a role for engineers who want to step beyond isolated development work and into something more impactful. You’ll be working on a platform that influences every part of the business, in an environment that combines the stability of a growing company with the energy and variety of a team constantly building something new.
