Senior Software Engineer

The company's product suite sits at the forefront of AI and this firm is truly in growth mode. Working on one of their core products, as a Senior Back-end Engineer you will own the design, quality, and delivery of back-end systems and services working with Node.js primarily.

Experience in Node.js is preferred, but our client is offering talented senior engineers with experience in other languages (Java, C#, Python etc) the chance to cross-train.

Fast-moving, streamlined interview process (2 stages) no technical tests.

• Lead and mentor more junior back-end engineers.
• Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Work with product and engineering teams to shape technical solutions.
• Build and maintain back-end services and APIs using Node.js.
• Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and reliable.

• Strong background in scalable, server-side architecture.
• Experience delivering services at scale.
• Comfortable working in agile teams.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
• Up to £80,000 with a leading benefits package which includes amazing annual leave entitlement (one of the best in the private sector) and share options.
