You will lead the transition from descriptive analytics to adaptive decision systems for a platform supporting over 1 million mortgages. By operationalizing redemption models and building causal measurement frameworks, you'll help major UK lenders reduce friction and optimize financial journeys through data-driven interventions and production‑grade machine learning workflows.

• Shape the intelligence layer of a category‑defining platform that already processes over a million mortgages for major UK lenders and building societies.
• Move beyond static modeling by building real‑world experimentation and causal reasoning capabilities directly into live regulated financial servicing workflows.
• Work in a high‑ownership environment with direct access to the founder and leadership, mentoring a growing team while influencing foundational technical architecture.

• Deploy and operationalize a redemption prediction model into live product decisioning to drive real‑time customer interventions.
• Build a robust experimentation framework and exposure measurement capability for long‑lifecycle financial products.
• Establish statistical standards for behavioral segmentation, cohort‑based forecasting, and longitudinal consumer lifecycle analysis.

• Senior‑level expertise in Python and SQL with a proven track record of deploying ML models into production product environments.
• Deep understanding of experimentation, causal inference, and statistical modeling within behavioral or product‑focused datasets.
• Experience navigating the technical and regulatory complexities of fintech, health‑tech, or subscription‑based behavioral product environments.
